Reclaim the garage you can't park in.

Years pile up in garages, sheds, and attics until the space is lost. We clear all of it — safely, including overhead and attic storage — do the lifting, and sweep it out, so you get a space you can actually use again.

A cleared, swept-out garage with usable floor space after a cleanout in the Phoenix area

The garage is where everything ends up. Boxes that never got unpacked, the exercise bike that became a coat rack, broken tools, dead lawn equipment, and a decade of "I'll deal with it later." Sheds and attics fill the same way. Eventually the space is unusable — you can't park, can't find anything, and can't face the job of emptying it. That's exactly the job we like.

Send us a few photos and we send back a fixed price. Our crew clears the whole space, including the shelves, the rafters, and the attic, does all the lifting and carrying, and hauls it off. Usable tools and equipment are donated, and what's left is swept clean. You get back a garage you can park in, a shed you can use, or an attic that's finally empty.

What we clear

  • A swept, usable space when we’re done

How pricing works

We price by how much the space holds and how it's accessed, from a few photos, with a fixed number before we start.

SpaceTypical range
Shed or single-car garage$250 – $500
Two-car garage, packed$450 – $800
Attic or overhead storage$300 – $700

What to expect on the day

A crew arrives in the agreed window and confirms the price against what they see. We clear from the top down — attic and shelves first, then the floor — so nothing gets moved twice, and we handle overhead and attic storage safely rather than asking you to. Most garages and sheds are done in a couple of hours. We sweep the space, route usable items to donation and recycling, and leave you with room you can finally use.

What we can't take

Garages often hold paint, solvents, motor oil, and propane — hazardous items we can't haul but can point you to the right drop-off for. See the full what-we-take list.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a garage or shed cleanout cost?
Most garage and shed cleanouts run $250 to $700 depending on how full they are; a packed two-car garage or a large shed can be higher. Attic clear-outs are priced by volume and access. You get a fixed written price from a few photos before we start.
Do I need to pull everything out first?
No. Our crew does the hauling from wherever it sits — off shelves, out of the rafters, down from the attic, and out of the back of the shed. Just show us what’s going.
Can you get into a tight or full attic?
Yes, safely. We clear attic and overhead storage using the right approach for the access you have, so you don’t have to balance on joists or haul boxes down a pull-down ladder yourself.
Will I be able to park in my garage again?
That’s the goal. We clear the whole space back to usable floor and shelves and sweep it out, so you get a garage you can actually park in or a shed you can actually use.
Do you donate or recycle what’s still good?
Whenever we can. Usable tools, furniture, and equipment go to local charities, metal and e-waste are recycled, and only what’s truly spent goes to the landfill.
Can you come same day?
Often, yes. Garages, sheds, and attics frequently fit a same-day or next-day slot. Send photos and we’ll tell you the soonest window.

Clear the clutter. Park in the garage again.
