Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleanout and hauling services provided by Valley Cleanout Co. LLC. By requesting a quote or booking a job, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the photos, video, and information you provide. Your written quote is fixed for the described scope. If the actual job differs materially — for example, significantly more volume than shown, or access we couldn\u2019t see — we\u2019ll confirm any change with you before proceeding. You are never charged more without your approval.

Scheduling

We\u2019ll agree on a date and arrival window. If we need to reschedule due to weather, crew, or circumstances beyond our control, we\u2019ll give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a new time.

What we remove

We remove the items covered by your quote. We cannot accept hazardous materials or certain regulated items; see our what-we-take page. You confirm you have the authority to have the items removed, and for estate and rental work, that you have the legal right to authorize the cleanout.

Valuables and documents

For estate work, we set aside documents, photographs, and items of apparent value for you. While we take care, we recommend you remove known high-value items and important documents in advance where possible. Our liability for any item is limited as described below.

Payment

Unless we\u2019ve agreed otherwise in writing, residential payment is due on completion. Approved property management accounts are invoiced net-15. Late invoices may be subject to a reasonable late fee.

Liability

We carry insurance and perform work with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you book governs your job.
