Estate cleanouts · Scottsdale, Arizona

Discreet estate cleanouts across Scottsdale.

From a lock-and-leave condo in Old Town to a custom home behind the gates of North Scottsdale, clearing an estate here calls for care, discretion, and a careful record of anything of value. We handle all of it — with a fixed written price and everything that matters returned to you.

A cleared, broom-swept Scottsdale home ready to list

Scottsdale estates tend to carry more than the usual household. Alongside the furniture and the everyday belongings, there's often art on the walls, jewelry in the safe, a wine collection in the pantry, and collectibles gathered over a lifetime of doing well. When a home like that needs to be cleared, the family needs two things at once: a crew that can move a large property efficiently, and one that treats what's valuable with real care and a clear record. That's exactly how we work.

We clear estates across all of Scottsdale — the condos and older ranch homes of Old Town and the south, and the larger custom homes of the north, including the guard-gated golf communities like DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Grayhawk, Troon, and Gainey and McCormick Ranch. Whatever the address, you get one fixed written price, an insured crew, and every document, piece of jewelry, and item of value photographed, logged, and returned to you before anything else is hauled away.

How pricing works in Scottsdale

Scottsdale properties span a wide range, so we price by volume and access from photos or a video and give you a fixed number in writing before we start. Larger homes with casitas and multi-car garages sit at the higher end.

HomeTypical range
Lock-and-leave condo or townhome$900 – $2,000
Single-family home, garage & yard$2,000 – $4,500
Large custom home with casita$4,500 – $9,000+

Care and a record for what's valuable

The single most important part of a Scottsdale cleanout is what we set aside. Art, jewelry, watches, coins, firearms, wine, and collectibles are photographed, logged, and handed to you or the estate's representative directly — never mixed in with what's hauled. For significant collections, we'll recommend an appraiser or estate sale company before anything moves, and we coordinate with them so nothing of value is lost or undersold.

Discreet service through the gates

Much of North Scottsdale sits behind guard gates and HOA rules, and many homes are seasonal. We're used to arranging access through the gate, scheduling within community hours, and working discreetly — unmarked when asked, mindful of neighbors and privacy. For out-of-state families and snowbirds, we work from remote access and keep you updated by photo and text, so you never have to be in town to get it done.

What we can't take

A few items — paint, chemicals, propane, and other hazardous materials — need special disposal, and we'll point you to the right drop-off. See the full what-we-take list.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an estate cleanout cost in Scottsdale?
Scottsdale homes run from lock-and-leave condos to large North Scottsdale estates, so cleanouts typically range from $1,200 for a condo up to $8,000 or more for a large custom home with a casita and multi-car garage. You always get one fixed written price from photos or a video before we start.
How do you handle high-value items like art, jewelry, and wine?
With care and a clear record. Anything of apparent value — art, jewelry, watches, coins, collectibles, and wine — is photographed, logged, and handed to you or the estate’s representative directly, never hauled off. For significant collections we recommend an appraiser or estate sale company first, and we coordinate with them.
Can you work in guard-gated and HOA communities?
Yes, routinely — DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Grayhawk, Troon, Gainey and McCormick Ranch, and the many gated communities across North Scottsdale. We arrange access and scheduling through the gate and HOA, work discreetly, and respect community rules on hours and hauling.
Can you handle a snowbird’s lock-and-leave condo?
Yes. Many Scottsdale properties are seasonal second homes, and when one needs to be cleared we can work entirely from remote access and keep the owner or family updated by photo and text — no need to be in town.
Is the service discreet?
Discretion is part of the job here. We use unmarked scheduling when asked, work efficiently, and are mindful of neighbors, privacy, and the family’s wishes throughout.
Do you coordinate with estate sale companies and luxury realtors?
Regularly. We can clear whatever remains after an estate sale, or clear a home ahead of a high-end listing, coordinating directly with your estate sale company and agent so the property is broom-clean and market-ready on schedule.

One written price. One cleared Scottsdale home. Everything of value, back to you.
