We work from a lockbox or gate code and keep the PR updated by text and photo, so a client in another state never has to fly in to open a door.
Itemized donation receipts
Everything usable is donated with an itemized receipt for the estate file, and the property is left broom-clean and ready to list.
How referrals work
Simply. There is no referral fee, no paperwork, and no portal to log into. Give your client our direct line, or send us their name and the property and we will reach out — whichever you prefer. We keep you in the loop only if you want to be, and we never put your client through a high-pressure sales visit.

Most three-bedroom homes are cleared in a single day, and we can typically start within a few days of the personal representative's go-ahead. When a listing date or a buyer's deadline is set, tell us and we work backward from it. We coordinate directly with the realtor and any estate-sale company so the timeline holds.
